Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind, as all products are made to order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at tonxhopdesign@gmail.com

Refunds are issued only for damaged or misprinted items.
